  We got our solar panels installed by Infinity in June, 2016. Due to heavy rains in Southern California this Dec-Jan, our upstairs bedroom started leaking which was right below the panels. I cannot blame Infinity, as the tiles were more than 25 years old, but when I spoke to Tim, who is the owner of Infinity Solar, he was very responsive, customer focused and respectful and took immediate action within 48 hours and sent technician to remove the panels, identify and fix the cracked tiles, with no charge at all. He went into the attic to ensure there are no more cracks. He fixed everything and showed me pictures. We are so gifted to have Infinity Solar as our vendor, who knows their customer needs, understands and serves the best! I strongly recommend to engage Infinity Solar, if you're going for clean energy!
