  I have witnessed this mortuary service company a few times and their representatives have always been rude to the people that they provide their services to. Every time I have seen them work, they disrespect and make fun of the funeral service while the people are inside mourning. There is a man in particular who is very rude and should not be working in this field. Today, for example, he was in the vestibule during mass at Holy Family Cathedral loudly talking about his expertise in cooking chili and only paused to make fun of the mass for the poor man who had just died. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
