  This lady is a scam!!!! DO NOT GO TO HER!
  
  She will not return your phone calls or answer your calls!!!
  I've been trying to get a hold of her for weeks and she keeps saying she'll call me back etc.
  
  I went to her to get an estimate, she asked me to leave copies of my w2 forms and she'll call me back with an estimate. SHE'S A SCAM.
  I finally had to catch her off guard with a different phone number and she said my refund is ready and she'll call me tomorrow. I told her I never signed anything and never asked her to do my taxes and I do not feel confident going through her and all she can say is "TOO LATE" and "you'll just have to wait for my call".
  
  This lady is breaking the law and just taking people's money!
