  Taco Mesa has undergone a renovation. Fortunately, the food hasn't changed. However the new atmosphere is less authentic feeling. Everything is very stark and clean to the point of being a bit sterile. Commend the restaurant for trying to elevate the taqueria, but bear in mind you will pay an elevated price.

  I felt the food was very overpriced. It was okay. I had a very small burrito that was $13 that would have been $5 at any other Mexican restaurant. The place was busy, however they had way too much labor on which is probably why they charge so much for their food. parking in the parking lot was really bad. I had to drive around three times to find a stall at 2 p.m. in the afternoon.
  I saw this place mentioned on a TV show so I thought I'd give it a try. However I was not wowed! If my tiny burrito had been under $9. I probably come back again but at 13 it was a joke.
